QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求: • Secondary technical education or above, at least 2 years related work experience; • 中技以上学历，至少2年以上相关工作经验； • Understand the structure of welding robot and the principle of gas shielded welding, have the ability to debug and analyze welding system; • 了解焊接机器人结构及气体保护焊原理，具备焊接系统调试及分析能力； • According to customer requirements, ensure that the welding process is correctly executed to meet customer requirements; • 能够按照顾客的要求，确保焊接工艺正确执行，满足顾客的要求； • Team management skills and good communication skills; • 具备班组管理能力和良好沟通能力； • In good health and competent for the job. • 健康状况良好，能胜任本职工作。 RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS职位描述； • Continuous maintenance and optimization of welding trajectories to ensure welding quality requirements; • 不断维护和优化焊接轨迹，确保焊接质量要求； • Provide on-site training to field operators on equipment use and maintenance, quality requirements and control; • 为现场操作工提供设备的使用和维护、质量要求和控制等方面的现场培训； • Monitoring the use and maintenance of equipment and the implementation of process requirements by field operators; • 现场操作工设备使用和维护、工艺要求执行控制情况的监控； • Cooperate with automation control engineer to do robot maintenance; • 配合自动化控制工程师做好机器人保养维护； • On-site safety inspection and supervision; • 现场安全生产检查和监督； • On-site 5S maintenance and inspection; • 现场5S维护和检查； • Assist team management. • 协助班组管理。
