主要职责 1.Steering the development processes, delegating (tasks and responsibilities) the development task and placing assignments with the group and project managers if necessary in coordination with the program management, organizing cooperation with other departments, development partners tied into the Time-to-Market process (customers, suppliers, cooperation partners); 指导开发过程,授权开发任务,必要时与研发团队和项目经理进行任务分配。组织协调研发资源和其他相关部门资源。 2.Familiarizing, promoting, instructing and motivating the employees, agreeing and evaluating goals, ordering trainings, preparing salary proposals in order to improve performance willingness, performance level, creativity and initiative, as well as quality and costs awareness and occupational safety. 熟悉、提升、指导和激励员工,商定运功评估KPI和培训计划,编制合理的薪酬建议以提高部门绩效水平,员工创造力和工作积极性,以及质量、成本意识和职业安全意识。 3.Planning capacities (internal / external personnel and resources), as required in conjunction with external development partners with a view to business plan fulfillment in order to achieve the business goals / optimal composition and capacity exploitation. 根据公司商业规划,合理规划内部/外部人力及其他资源,实现公司业务计划。 4.Other job assigned by superior. 上级主管安排的其它工作。 能力要求 1.
