Job Description
-Work closely with the Chief of Staff/Shareholder to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Chairmen Management Office
-Lead and project manage critical cross businesses and functions initiatives all over the world
Manage project schedule, develop strategic options and communicate results to Chief of Staff/Shareholder
-Typical project topics include, but not limited to, business strategy, operation optimization, change management, financial investment, etc.
-Use process rigor and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery of results
Support management team in critical strategic and operational decisions through analysis and communications support
Requirements
-Bachelor degree and above, prefer MBA degree from a top-ranking school
-5 years working experience in at least one of below areas, audit, investment and M
