Tasks / Area of Responsibility 主要职责 1.Maintenance of energy supply plants, buildings, technical building equipment and outdoor facilities taking account of economic, time and logistics aspects as well as statutory and operational regulations to maintain and optimize qualitative and quantitative machine/plant availability. 充分考虑经济、时间和物流方面的因素，遵守法律和操作规定，维护和优化能源供应工厂、建筑、技术建筑设备和户外设施，以保证质量和数量以及机器/工厂的可用性 2.Inducement, introduction and implementation of measures for job instruction and teaching and information of the employees about methods, procedures, installations and techniques taking account of statutory and operational regulations including protection of health, safety and the environment as well as supervision of compliance with regulations (laws and ordinances) relating to accident prevention, if applicable introduction and implementation of appropriate measures 引进和实施措施,作业指导书和教学方法和员工信息,程序、安装和技术考虑的法定和操作规定,包括保护健康、安全和环境以及监督遵守法规(法律、法规)与事故预防,如果适用引入和实施适当的措施 3.Ordering of the work to be carried out for new erection, change and maintenance of energy supply plants, technical building equipment and machine tools, if applicable by arrangement with the responsible internal departments and external companies 与负责的内部部门和外部公司协调安排，安排能源供应工厂、技术建筑设备和机床的新安装、更换和维护工作 4.Inducement and supervision of the preparation of operational and transport installations for examination by Technical Inspection Agency 为技术检验机构的检查而诱导并监督运营和运输设施相关的准备工作 5.Inducement and supervision of the provision of materials, replacement parts, tools and installations taking account of economic aspects, in particular for the procurement and manufacture of replacement parts 考虑到经济因素，诱导并监督物料准备、替换零件、工具和设施，特别是采购和制造替换零件 6.Supervision of workmanship with regard to technical and safety aspects, if applicable determination of failure causes and introduction of measures for failure remedy 对工艺进行技术和安全方面的监督，如适用，确定可能发生的故障原因并引入故障补救措施 7.Supervision of the processing of maintenance orders with the help of associated records and data acquisition 在相关记录和数据收集的帮助下，监督维修订单的处理 8.Inducement of fault clearance at energy supply plants and technical building equipment at the location and associated work during the night and at weekends 在夜间和周末，对供能工厂和现场的技术建筑设备进行故障排除，并进行相关工作 9.Localization of failure causes at machines and plants and inducement of suitable remedies by arrangement with the responsible organizational units 通过与相关组织单位的安排，确定机器和工厂的故障原因，并诱导适当的补救措施 10.Selection of suitable replacement and wearing parts for special machines and plants based on catalogs and various documents taking account of economic aspects, if applicable inducement of the production of replacement parts 根据目录和各种文件，考虑到经济因素，选择适合的替换和易损件，如果适用，鼓励生产替换件 11.Ordering of replacement and wearing parts and materials, machines, installations and auxiliary materials through responsible internal departments or directly at the specialized companies including the necessary measures of preventive maintenance 通过负责的内部部门或直接在专业公司订购替换和易损件及材料、机器、安装和辅助材料，包括必要的预防性维修措施 12.Observation of the existing working methods and means of production with a view to optimal design, relating to the field of duty, if applicable working out and suggestion of improvements 观察现有的工作方法和生产资料，以便进行最佳的设计，如适用，对有关工作领域作出制订和改进建议 13.Drawing up and changing of documents and circuit diagrams for plant control systems with complex electromechanical and electronic-digital setup based on oral information and objectives of the clients, where applicable by arrangement with the superior and/or other specialist departments 根据客户的口头信息和目标，根据上级和/或其他专业部门的安排，起草和修改复杂机电和电子数字设备控制系统的文件和电路图 14.Involvement in the planning and redesigning of machines and plants and other operational installations 参与计划和重新设计机器、工厂和其他操作装置 Required Competencies 能力要求 1.Familiar with industrial safety, management techniques，maintenance of production facilities, maintenance programs 熟悉工业安全、管理技巧、生产设施维护和维修项目 2.Knowledge of Microsoft Office PM module knowledge CAD, project management 熟悉Office项目管理相关模块，熟悉CAD软件和项目管理知识 Experience 工作经验要求 3 years above experience in facility 三年以上设施相关工作经验 Education 学历要求 Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical related 本科及以上学历，电气或者机械相关专业
